Return policies

We always do our best to create and fulfill each order the best way possible! However if in any reason you prefer to return your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges.

To return an item you must:

- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
 
Some items are non returnable, because of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
 
Conditions of return:

- The item must be send in its original condition, without missing or cut parts or damages.
- You can use the same box it arrived or any other box that will secure its way back. 
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the package back, we will refund you the item cost. Any shipping payments are not refundable as they are used by postal services. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In case you want to return an item, please contact us first so we can give you a return address. Please note, we ship everything from our studio in Sofia, Bulgaria and all returns should be sent to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Yes! We use genuine crystals and minerals only. Some of them come from our country, others are imported from different countries all over the World. We work with certificated suppliers only so we can offer you the best quality available. Please note, as the used minerals are genuine, differences between the pictures and the actual product are possible. Each stone has its unique color nuance and color pattern and may vary. 

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We are committed to responsible sourcing and only work with suppliers who share our values. All our crystals are ethically sourced and procured with utmost consideration to the environment.

How do I care for my crystal bracelet?

To care for your crystal bracelet:
1. Avoid Water Exposure: remove your bracelet before bathing, swimming, or any other water-based activities.
2. Bedtime Care: remove it before going to bed.
3. Handling with Care: handle it gently. Excessive stretching or pulling can weaken or even break the cord.
4. Storage: store your bracelet in a dedicated jewelry box or in the bag it will arrive in.
5. Cleaning: gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cloths.
6. Energy Cleansing: periodically cleanse your crystal bracelet of negative energy by smudging with Sage or Palo Santo. Or place the bracelet on a surface and put the Selenite bead inside the bracelet for the night.

With each purchased bracelet you will receive a card with these care instructions.

Can I send a bracelet or a gift box directly to the person, the gift is intended to? 

Absolutely! When you are placing your order, for a shipping address write the address to the person you want to send this gift to. We will send it directly to this address. We will not add any invoices or other advertising materials in the box if you prefer so. 

Can I add a personal gift message?

Yes, we would love to include your personal message to your gift! During the check out, in the note field, write the gift message you would like to be sent in the box. We will write this message on the back of a pretty gift card and will add it to your order. 

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy for any unworn, undamaged items with the original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you with the return process.
