What types of crystal bracelets do you offer?
We offer a diverse range of crystal bracelets, featuring various types of crystals, including Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Tiger's Eye, Tourmaline, Citrine and many more. Each bracelet is uniquely designed with a mix of crystal beads to provide a specific characteristics.
Are the crystals and minerals genuine?
Yes! We use genuine crystals and minerals only. Some of them come from our country, others are imported from different countries all over the World. We work with certificated suppliers only so we can offer you the best quality available. Please note, as the used minerals are genuine, differences between the pictures and the actual product are possible. Each stone has its unique color nuance and color pattern and may vary.
Are your crystals ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We are committed to responsible sourcing and only work with suppliers who share our values. All our crystals are ethically sourced and procured with utmost consideration to the environment.
How do I care for my crystal bracelet?
To care for your crystal bracelet:
1. Avoid Water Exposure: remove your bracelet before bathing, swimming, or any other water-based activities.
2. Bedtime Care: remove it before going to bed.
3. Handling with Care: handle it gently. Excessive stretching or pulling can weaken or even break the cord.
4. Storage: store your bracelet in a dedicated jewelry box or in the bag it will arrive in.
5. Cleaning: gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cloths.
6. Energy Cleansing: periodically cleanse your crystal bracelet of negative energy by smudging with Sage or Palo Santo. Or place the bracelet on a surface and put the Selenite bead inside the bracelet for the night.
With each purchased bracelet you will receive a card with these care instructions.
Can I send a bracelet or a gift box directly to the person, the gift is intended to?
Absolutely! When you are placing your order, for a shipping address write the address to the person you want to send this gift to. We will send it directly to this address. We will not add any invoices or other advertising materials in the box if you prefer so.
Can I add a personal gift message?
Yes, we would love to include your personal message to your gift! During the check out, in the note field, write the gift message you would like to be sent in the box. We will write this message on the back of a pretty gift card and will add it to your order.
We have a 30-day return policy for any unworn, undamaged items with the original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you with the return process.
How do I know my bracelet size?
Follow the steps below to choose your crystal bracelet size:
- Wrap a piece of string or a flexible measuring tape around your wrist.
- Mark where the string or tape measure overlaps.
- Measure the length of the string or tape measure against a ruler to determine your wrist size.
- Use this measurement to select the gemstone bracelet size from our sizing chart.
Wrist measurements:
- S: 16.5 cm / 6.5''
- M: 17.5 cm / 7'' (most frequently purchased)
- L: 19 cm / 7.5''
- XL: 20 cm / 8''
If your wrist is between the available sizes, choose the upper size!

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress and estimated delivery date in any tracking site.
Do your bracelets have healing properties?
Some people believe in the spiritual or healing properties of crystals. Also they work as reminders to take care for ourselves and our inner world. However we do not make any claims regarding their effectiveness. Please note, crystals are not officially intended to provide any healing or medical benefits. We are not authorized to give professional medical advice and we are not responsible for any effects or lack of effects associated with wearing our crystal bracelets.
